Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to build my website?

Typically, the Standard package takes about 2-3 weeks, while the Premium package may take 3-4 weeks depending on the complexity and client feedback.
Can I update my website myself after it’s built?
Yes! We provide basic instructions and guidance so you can make simple updates. For ongoing support and updates, our Website Care Plan is available.
How does the payment process work?

For both Standard and Premium packages, we require a 50% deposit upfront and the remaining 50% once the website is complete and approved. If you choose to have us manage your domain renewal, a yearly invoice will be sent to cover the domain renewal fee. Payments can be made easily through invoice, check, or cash—whichever is most convenient for you.
What if I don’t want to manage my website or domain myself?

No worries! Our Website Care Plan covers monthly updates, backups, performance checks, and handles domain renewals so you don’t have to worry about it.
Can I transfer the domain to my own account?

Yes, if you want full control, you can transfer the domain to your own Namecheap account. Keep in mind that the client must create a free Namecheap account to complete this transfer.
What happens if I cancel the Website Care Plan?

You can cancel anytime with 7 days’ notice. After cancellation, you’ll be responsible for managing your website and domain renewal payments on your own.
What if I don’t want to pay for domain renewals through you?

If you choose to handle domain renewals yourself, you’ll need to pay Namecheap or your domain registrar directly to keep your website online.
